Our leadership brings over two decades of dedicated experience in programme direction, youth work, and behavioural management within the charitable sector. This expertise is guided by a core belief in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI)—principles that are embedded in our organisation's values and underpin every programme we run.
Our Mentors: Trusted Guides
Our mentors are the heart of our operation. They are skilled professionals trained in one-to-one and group mentorship, with a special focus on supporting young people who are at risk or in need of guidance. They possess not only formal qualifications—including enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding certifications—but also the lived experience and empathy needed to build genuine rapport, trust, and respect.
Our senior mentors hold additional specialised training in trauma-informed practices, behavioural management, and mental health first aid, ensuring we provide the highest level of support.
